Hello! I am a Wisconsin native who recently returned from a 6-year hiatus in sunny California. I was born and raised in Janesville, WI and attended UW-Madison (Go Badgers!) where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My time at UW-Madison was invaluable in teaching me the importance of meeting, connecting with, and helping people of all backgrounds. I was also extremely fortunate in meeting my future wife while enrolled there too!

After graduating we moved out to San Francisco, CA where I pursued my Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at San Francisco State University. I have always been drawn to science, problem-solving and helping people. Industrial-Organizational Psychology is the perfect extension of that and I was able to learn how to apply data-driven principles to improve individual and organizational performance. I leveraged my degree through my 5 years working for the San Francisco Department of Public Health. I loved having the impact of increasing health access opportunities and outcomes through effective recruiting and selection, organizational development, and ultimately managing HR Operations for Laguna Honda Hospital.

As much as we enjoyed living in San Francisco, eventually, the pull of the heartland grew too strong. My fiancée and I decided it was time to move back to the state that we had always called home, and I am thrilled to have found such a rewarding role with TPCHR. The team here is amazing, and I am grateful to be able to help impact such a wide variety of companies on a day-to-day basis. Outside of work you can most likely find me exploring new towns and restaurants, at a concert, hiking, golfing or relaxing at a brewery or winery with friends and family. I am also planning to get into snow-shoeing or cross-country skiing to get reacquainted with winter! I am happy to be back in the great state of Wisconsin and look forward to the chance of possibly getting to know and work with you. As always, I am here to help!
