Kayla Miller | Manager Shared Services Administration
Joined TPCHR in March 2013

In April 2012, I began my career with TPCHR as a Marketing Intern while finishing up my senior year at Edgewood College. In my role as a Marketing Intern, I helped develop TPCHR’s website (which has evolved and changed since 2012) and helped design and create our first company logo.  In May, 2012 I graduated from Edgewood with a major in Interpersonal and Organization Communication and a minor in Business.

I started full time with TPCHR as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator in March 2013. In the past 6 years I have held the roles of Payroll and Benefits Administrator, HR Representative, and Senior HR Representative. During this time I have had sustaining and ongoing relationships with over 25 clients and connected with over 1,000 employees.  In my current role as Manager Shared Services Administration, I lead a team of two HR Assistants who provide daily payroll, benefits and consulting assistance for TPCHR’s current clients. I am also involved in new client implementations and handle payroll and timekeeping systems improvements.

My favorite part about working at TPCHR is the connections that I’ve made throughout the years, both with the TPCHR family and with all of the client teams of which I am a part.  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé Riley and our dog Otis.
